has received a

PRELIMINARY WATER QUALITY PLAN
for
Dowden’s Station

This project is on 24.4 acres located on Frederick Road, south of Suncrest Avenue. This site is currently zoned R-200 and is undeveloped. The proposed plan is to develop the site under a PD-4 zoning with a mix of townhouses and detached single family houses with the associated infrastructure. The site is located in the Clarksburg Special Protection Area.

 

If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (Notice posted 5/8/2015).

The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
