Public Hearing on the Twinbrook Sector Plan
Thursday, November 15, 2007, Evening Session

The Planning Board will take comment on the concept and recommendations of the Twinbrook Sector Plan for consideration in future worksessions. Copies of the Public Hearing Draft Plan will be available at local libraries and from MNCPPC on October 10, 2007.
The sessions are open to all interested parties, but you must sign up to testify. The evening’s list of speakers is set on a first-come, first-served basis. Planning Board Seeks Public Comment on
Water and Sewer Category Change Requests
And General Water/Sewer Map Amendments

The Planning Board will hear testimony and consider recommendations for the water and sewer category change requests listed below on Thursday, October 18, 2007. The applications listed below request that community water and/or sewer service be extended to individual properties. Recommendations from the Planning Board will be presented to the County Executive.

The County Executive will hold a public hearing on these cases on Wednesday October 24, 2007.
