Terry Holzheimer is the Director of Economic Development for Arlington County and was involved with the emergence of the Ballston Metro Station. He will share the innovative planning, regulatory, and funding approaches used to deliver the nationally recognized Ballston Metro Station Area.

Topic: “The Evolution of Planning in Arlington, Virginia.” Terry will discuss the evolution of the Ballston area, the new Clarendon Plan, and the form-based code applied on Columbia Pike.

Public Hearing on the Twinbrook Sector Plan
Thursday, November 15, 2007, Evening Session

The Planning Board will take comment on the concept and recommendations of the Twinbrook Sector Plan for consideration in future worksessions. Copies of the Public Hearing Draft Plan will be available at local libraries and from MNCPPC on October 10, 2007.
The sessions are open to all interested parties, but you must sign up to testify. The evening’s list of speakers is set on a first-come, first-served basis.
