For

INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS AT MD RTE.121 AND I-270

The project will consist of lane, bridge and sidewalk/bikepath improvements in conjunction with the Cabin Branch development. This site is located within the Clarksburg Special Protection Area.

MUNCASTER MANOR LOT 47, BLOCK B

The proposal is to subdivide existing Lot 47/B (5.21 acres) into two lots (1 new single family lot and one existing lot) located off of Granby Road.  The site is located within the Upper Rock Creek Special Protection Area.

PIEDMONT ROAD PROPERTY

The proposal is to subdivide existing Parcel P805 (3.59 acres) into four lots (3 new single family lots and one existing lot) located off of Piedmont Road.  The site is located within the Clarksburg Protection Area.

NORBECK COUNTRY CLUB

The proposal is to replace the existing pool house, the addition of restrooms to the pro shop and dining areas and other internal improvements.  The site is located off of Cashell Road and is within the Upper Rock Creek Special Protection Area.

STRINGTOWN ROAD PHASE 3B, CLARKSBURG TOWN CENTER

This project consists of lane widening and turning improvements at the intersection of Snowden Farm Parkway and Stringtown Road.  The site is located within the Clarksburg Protection Area.
