Water and Sewer Category Change Request
And General Water/Sewer Plan Amendment

 

The Planning Board will hear testimony and consider recommendations for the water and sewer category change request listed below on Thursday June 5, 2014. This application requests that community water and/or sewer service be extended to this property. A recommendation from the Planning Board will be presented to the County Executive as administrative cases are not required to go before the County Council. A public hearing on this administrative case will take place on June 6, 2014 at 10:30 am at the Department of Environmental (DEP) Protection in Rockville.
