Clarksburg Town Center Violation Hearing #2: On July 7, the Board reached a decision regarding height and setback violations. At this hearing, the Board will be considering the following alleged violations: (1) elimination of “O” Street and the Pedestrian Mews; (2) phasing/reduction of amenities; (3) number and clustering of MPDUs; (4) discrepancies regarding the Site Plan for Phase II; (5) timing and adequacy of inspections related to Site Plan Enforcement Agreement; and (6) alterations of certain town center documents.

Division of Land Development Services
has received a

PRELIMINARY/FINAL WATER QUALITY PLAN
for
JACOT PROPERTY

The site is located on the south side of Spencerville Road west of Good Hope Road and is within the Upper Paint
Branch Watershed. The Upper Paint Branch Watershed is a designated Special Protection Area. The propose
development will consist of four new single-family houses on 4.33 acres.

If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15
days of this notice (Notice posted 10/3/2005).

The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working
Hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
