Worksession on Development Review Procedures: Discussion on  procedural changes that are in the process of being implemented in Development Review Division. Items to be covered include (but are not limited to): Checklists, Minor Amendment Procedures, Records Management, Technology Improvements, Locking of Plans, Staff Report Due Dates, and Training.  Input from the Board will be sought regarding a new template for staff reports. (No public testimony will be taken at this time, although persons in the audience maybe asked questions.)

Olney Town Center Advisory Committee

The Montgomery County Department of Park and Planning is in the process of establishing an advisory committee for the Olney Town Center, which will help implement the goals and objectives of the recently approved Olney Master Plan.

The group will assist the Department of Park and Planning in facilitating and expediting public and private actions to foster the redevelopment of the Olney Town Center, including the creation of a new civic center.

Membership will be limited to individuals who will represent a homeowners association, a civic association, a property owner in the Olney Town Center or a business group in the Olney area.
