PRELIMINARY WATER QUALITY PLAN
for
MONTGOMERY COUNTY ANIMAL SHELTER
And
LAYTONIA RECREATIONAL PARK

The proposed project area consists of approximately 48.17 acres of land located at the northeast quadrant of the intersection of Muncaster Mill Road and Airpark Road. The site will consist of an animal shelter that will use approximately 7 acres of the site and include parking areas and the associated infrastructure. The remainder of the site will be the Laytonia Recreational Park and will include three soccer fields a baseball field parking areas and the associated infrastructure. This area is located within the Upper Rock Creek Special Protection Area.

 

If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice (posted May 28, 2010). The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
