Broad Acres Local Park Renovation Meeting Set
Tuesday, November 18, 7 p.m. There will be a Public Meeting to discuss the proposed Broadacres Local Park renovation at 7:00 pm Tuesday November 18, 2003 in the Broad Acres Elementary School Teacher's Lounge. The Renovation of Broadacres Local Park is proposed to coordinate with the addition and renovation of the Broad Acres Elementary School. Improvements being considered for the park include: new playground areas; new soccer area; new paved trail; new nature trail; new picnic area; landscaped entrance plaza; Portajohns w/ enclosure; outdoor classroom area; student garden areas; a multi-use court for rollerblading, games, basketball, and possible water play.
