Planning Board Seeks Public Comment on

Water and Sewer Category Change Requests

                                                                    

The Planning Board will hear testimony and consider recommendations for the water and sewer category change request listed below on Thursday January 8, 2015.  This application requests that community water and/or sewer service be extended to this property.  A recommendation from the Planning Board will be presented to the County Executive as administrative cases are not required to go before the County Council.  A public hearing on this administrative case will take place on January 6, 2015 at 11:00 am at the Department of Environmental (DEP) Protection in Rockville.
