M-NCPPC’s Montgomery County Department of Park and Planning is inviting individuals, organizations and businesses to participate in a public forum on Montgomery County’s Legacy Open Space preservation program on Wednesday, June 4, 7-9 p.m., Upcounty Regional Services Center, 12900 Middlebrook Road, Germantown. This second of two forums will update the public on the Legacy Open Space program and solicit suggestion for new sites to consider for the Legacy program. PUBLIC MEETING ON HOYLES MILL CONSERVATION PARK MANAGEMENT PLAN

M-NCPPC's Montgomery County Department of Park and Planning is inviting the public to learn about and provide comments and suggestions on the development of the Hoyles Mill Conservation Park Management Plan. The park, located along the south side of White Ground Road in Boyds, Maryland, contains approximately 766 acres. It was acquired through the County's Legacy Open Space program in March 2002. Park and Planning staff will present an overview of the park, the management planning process, and the concept management plan for the park, and will solicit input from the public on its future use and development.
