PRELIMINARY WATER QUALITY PLAN
for
Charles L. Duvall Farm


The site is located at 2720 Duvall Road, which is within the Upper Paint Branch Watershed. The Upper Paint Branch Watershed is a designated Special Protection Area. The proposed development will consist of two proposed lots, each for single family use. The project consists of a total of 2.4 acres.

 

If you wish to request a public information meeting, a written request must be submitted to this office within 15 days of this notice, published June 23, 2008 (July 3, 2008 Agenda of the Montgomery County Planning Board).

 

The Water Quality Plans are available for review at the Department of Permitting Services office during working hours (8:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday).
